中国是茶的故乡，中国人发现并利用茶，2022年，中国传统制茶技艺及其相关习俗被列入联合国教科文组织非物质文化遗产名录。中华茶文化源远流长，博大精深，好几千年来中国不但积累了大量关于茶叶种植、生产的物质文化、更积累了丰富的有关茶的精神文化，这就是中国特有的茶文化。《茶文化与茶艺训练》课程共有六个章节，包含茶文化的基础知识、科学饮茶与健康、茶叶认知、茶艺冲泡要素、茶艺冲泡实践、知识拓展等内容。根据课程资源设置，在教学中实现理论与实践相结合，专业技能和文化素养相统一。
