小吃是饮食文化的一部分,也是中华文化的一部分,许多小吃体现了永久旺盛的生命力, 能够突出反映当地的物质及社会生活风貌,是一个地区不可或缺的重要特色。《广西特色小吃》是中餐烹饪专业核心课程之一,并获得第二批广西职业教育面向东盟国际化资源包。本课程将广西小吃按照地域分为桂东、 桂西、 桂北、滨海等四个区域的广西各地知名和代表性地方小吃,以每个代表性品种作为一个典型任务,每个任务3个课时,54学时,合理搭建课程框架,突出实用性、代表性、典型性,在呈现形式上涵盖18个教学品种的教学课件、教学微课、重难点答疑、课堂练习、教学评价等,多维度、多元化的传授技能,帮助学习者掌握一技之长,培养具备民族文化自信,且自觉传承民族文化技能责任的技术技能人才,促进就业创业的同时向东盟国家输出中国文化和广西特色小吃技术标准。

Guangxi Featured Snacks "is one of the core courses in Chinese cuisine and has been awarded the second batch of Guangxi Vocational Education International Resource Package for ASEAN. This course divides Guangxi snacks into four regions: eastern Guangxi, western Guangxi, northern Guangxi, and coastal areas. Famous and representative local snacks from various parts of Guangxi are divided into four regions based on geography. Each representative variety is taken as a typical task, with 3 class hours and 54 class hours for each task.
