课程介绍
This course introduces theories and practices of urban management with emphasis on urbanization, urban political system and policy process, and urban management innovation. This contributes to a comprehensive and well-founded knowledge of urban management by reviewing urban development and urban management worldwide and particular introducing urban management development, practices, innovation and developing trends in China. It also provides a foundation for academic research progress by discussing key issues of urban planning, urban economy, infrastructure, real estate, public services, and social management in an urban municipal system. The main content of this course includes urban and urbanization, theories of urban management, urban political system, urban policy process and content, and urban management innovation. The practical aim of this course is to ensure that those who wish to engage in urban management related career and research higher degree can have a comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in this field. The pedagogic aim is to contribute to the specialized education of real estate with a broad view of urban management.
