《电气运行技术》Electrical Operation Technology 一、 定位及特色 定位:本课程指向电力行业、大型企业自备电厂、企业变电站运行值班员岗位,与岗位实际工作紧密结合,实践性强。课程以岗位两大典型工作任务——电气设备倒闸操作和事故及故障处理为教学主线,使学生掌握操作技能和在实际工作中所需的电气运行理论知识、操作导则、分析方法及行为规范,培养学生从事运行值班员岗位工作所必须的职业能力,在学生职业能力的形成中起着决定性作用。 特色:本课程具有教学活动与实际工作任务、教学活动与职业技能培训鉴定"双融合"的特色,为广西自治区级精品课程。 课程按照任务驱动、项目领引、工学结合的一体化教学要求,设计项目化课程标准,使用顺应工作过程的自编的“十二五'规划教材,将理论课、实训课、行业技能鉴定培训课融合一体;在教学实施过程中,采用以实际岗位工作过程为导向的"微格岗位式"仿真教学模式,在"虚拟变电站"中采用"教、学、做"一体化的方法,由学生扮演真实值班员的角色进行实际操作训练。学生经过本课程的学习后,即可参加广西第一火力发电国家职业技能鉴定站的"变电值班员中级工"证的鉴定,考取第二证书。 二、主要内容和主要目标 主要内容: 220kV仿真变电站的电气设备和倒闸操作和事故及故障处理。共设计五个项目,包含18个学习性工作任务。 主要目标:能在工作中正确使用术语进行汇报和沟通;能根据变电站运行方式和操作票制度,正确完成电气设备的倒闸操作;能在电气设备发生事故及故障后进行正确处理;并考取《电气值班员中级工证》和《变电值班员中级工证》。 三、授课教师和授课对象 授课教师:******** 授课对象:电力系统自动化技术、发电厂及电力系统、电力系统继电保护与自动化、供用电技术四个专业的二年级第二学期学生、分布式微电网技术专业的三年级第一学期 四、课程类型和学时学分 课程类型:专业拓展课 学时:78 学分:4 五、教学方式 授课形式:本课程基于超星平台进行混合式项目化教学,线下课程学时78学时(含6节课程考核),从易到难依次完成本课程五个项目18个任务的授课。 线上授课依托超星教学平台和学习通APP,采用学生自主学习的授课形式,教师只在讨论区通过答疑进行授课,学生按任务导学自主学习,交流讨论,完成自测题获取成绩。课后利用教学平台学生巩固和自测反馈线下学习成果,并进行知识拓展、。 线下授课依托变电站仿真系统、超星教学平台和学习通APP,采用教师主导,学生自主的授课形式,教师根据线上学习反馈讲解难点,进行操作示范,学生训练技能,并在操作结束后自行归纳理论知识,课中利用超星平台和学习通APP完成各完成师生互动,生生互动。 考核方式:本课程为考查课,按课程目标从素质、知识、能力三个方向对学生进行全面考核,考核项目贯穿学习过程,且线上线下考核相结合。过程和终结考核相结合、学生和教师评价相结合。总成绩评定:采用100分制,按以下公式计算:总评=线上成绩*70%+线下成绩*30%,其中线上成绩由教学平台自动生成。 六、教材与参考书目 教材: 《电气运行岗位工作仿真教程》 主编 傅辉明 中国水利电力出版社2012年8月第一版 参考书目: [1]《 电气运行 》 主编: 袁铮喻、张国良 中国水利水电出版社 2004年8月第一版 [2]《变电站值班员》(第二版)电力行业职业技能鉴定指导中心编 中国电力出版社 2008年7月第一版 [3]《电气值班员》(第二版)电力行业职业技能鉴定指导中心编 中国电力出版社 2001年6月第一版 [4]《电气操作导则》 中国南方电网有限责任公司 [5]《电力安全工作规程》(变电站与发电厂电部分) 国家电网公司 [6]《水电厂运行技术问答》 主编陈国庆、谢刚、吴丹清 中国电力出版社 2005年3月第一版 Electrical Operation Technology 1、 Positioning and Characteristics Positioning: This course is aimed at the power industry, large enterprise self owned power plants, and enterprise substation operation duty officer positions, which are closely integrated with the actual work of the positions and have strong practicality. The course focuses on two typical job tasks for the position - electrical equipment switching operation and accident and fault handling. It enables students to master operational skills and the theoretical knowledge, operational guidelines, analytical methods, and behavioral norms required for electrical operation in practical work. It cultivates the professional abilities necessary for students to work as operation duty officers and plays a decisive role in the formation of their professional abilities. Characteristic: This course features a "dual integration" of teaching activities and practical work tasks, as well as teaching activities and vocational skills training and appraisal, and is a high-quality course at the Guangxi Autonomous Region level. The course is designed according to the integrated teaching requirements of task driven, project led, and engineering combined. Project based course standards are used, and self-designed "Twelfth Five Year Plan" textbooks that conform to the work process are used to integrate theoretical courses, practical training courses, and industry skill appraisal training courses. In the teaching implementation process, a "micro grid job style" simulation teaching mode guided by actual job work processes is adopted. In the "virtual substation", the integrated method of "teaching, learning, and doing" is adopted, and students play the role of real duty officers for practical operation training. After studying this course, students can participate in the appraisal of the "Substation Duty Officer Intermediate Worker" certificate of Guangxi First Thermal Power Generation National Vocational Skills Appraisal Station and obtain the second certificate. 2、 Main content and objectives Main content: Electrical equipment and switching operations of a 220kV simulated substation, as well as accident and fault handling. Design a total of five projects, including 18 learning tasks. Main objective: To be able to use terminology correctly for reporting and communication in work; Be able to correctly complete the switching operation of electrical equipment according to the operation mode and operation ticket system of the substation; Be able to handle electrical equipment correctly after accidents and malfunctions occur; And obtain the Intermediate Electrical Duty Officer Certificate and the Intermediate Substation Duty Officer Certificate. 3、 Teaching staff and target audience Teaching instructor:******** Target audience: Second year and second semester students majoring in Power System Automation Technology, Power Plants and Power Systems, Power System Relay Protection and Automation, and Power Supply and Consumption Technology, as well as third year and first semester students majoring in Distributed Microgrid Technology 4、 Course type and credit hours Course Type: Professional Expansion Course Class hours: 78 Credit: 4 5、 Teaching methods Teaching format: This course is based on the Chaoxing platform for blended project-based teaching. The offline course hours are 78 hours (including 6 course assessments), and the teaching of 18 tasks in five projects of this course is completed in order from easy to difficult. Online teaching relies on the Chaoxing teaching platform and the Learning App, adopting a student-centered teaching format. Teachers only give lectures through Q&A in the discussion area, while students learn independently through task guidance, exchange and discuss, and complete self-test questions to obtain grades. After class, students use the teaching platform to consolidate and self evaluate their offline learning achievements, and expand their knowledge. Offline teaching relies on the substation simulation system, Chaoxing teaching platform, and Xuetong APP, adopting a teacher led and student-centered teaching format. Teachers explain difficult points based on online learning feedback, conduct operational demonstrations, and students train their skills. After the operation is completed, students summarize theoretical knowledge on their own. During class, Chaoxing platform and Xuetong APP are used to complete teacher-student interaction and student student interaction. Assessment method: This course is a test course, which comprehensively assesses students from three aspects: quality, knowledge, and ability according to the course objectives. The assessment items run through the learning process and are combined with online and offline assessments. Combining process and final assessment, and combining student and teacher evaluation.
