How to do an interview?
First of all, after receiving the task of the interview, it is necessary to determine the central theme of the upcoming interview. For example, when interviewing excellent students, we should pay more attention to some of his experiences and experiences in the learning process.
Knowing the subject of the interview, the next step is to have a more comprehensive understanding of the interviewee. For example, what is the knowing level of the student, what classification is good at it, etc., so that you can get closer to the interviewee during the interview.
After determining the central theme and mastering the information of the interviewee, we must use this to make an interview outline, listing several main issues. Note that there must be a certain logic in arranging the order of the questions, and you must not jump too much or ask questions that are not related to the subject of the interview.
With the outline listed, we will start to contact the interviewee and make an appointment with him for the interview. And from the beginning of contact with the interviewee, we must always talk with respect and politeness.
In the interview process, you must learn to extend and condense topics, and take the initiative in your own hands. When asking a few main questions, you can selectively find some breakthroughs from the interviewee's answers.
When the whole interview is over, thank the interviewees for their cooperation. The next step is to start organizing the conversation records and hand them to the students in the review team for integration, and a complete interview is over.
