制浆造纸基本流程(视频)

1. The paper making process begins with trees.

2. First we bring the wood to the mill , and load it on the infeed deck.

3. The wood is then sent to the debarking drum.

4. As the drum rotates, the logs hit each other causing the barks to fall off.

5. The bark falls through the slits of the debarking drum ,and is conveyed to the burning station to produce power and steam.

6. The debarked log then goes to the chipper.

7. The chipper is a rotating disk with knife blades which cuts the logs into chips.

8. The chips are put through a screening process to remove any remaining saw dust.

9. They are then put into a digester, where the chips are mixed with a cooking chemical and subjected to high temperature and pressure.

10. The pulp is then washed ,and move to the bleaching station.

11. To bleach the pulp to its desired brightness and colour.

12. Then several additives are added to the pulp.

13. The highly diluted pulp is then forced out through a small slit into a rapidly moving fine mesh screen.

14. Water drains through this screen and fibers interlock to form a sheet of paper.

15. The sheet is transferred to a felt that absorbs water from the paper.

16. The paper is then sent to the dryers which contains steel cylinders that contain steam inside them.

17. Then the paper is polished and is taken to the calendaring section.

18. Calendaring brings the paper to its final quality by pressing it to its right size and thickness.

19. Then it is rolled on a huge school and its moisture is down to 5% water.

20. It is then cut into smaller rolls , packed ,and shipped out to stores.
