Clip One The Importance of Creativity in Business

1) synonymous:having the same or nearly the same meaning 同义的;等同于

Happy” and “glad” are synonymous. “happy” 和 “glad” 是同义的。

2) differentiator:something that distinguishes or differentiates one thing from another 区分者;差异点

Customer service can be a differentiator for a company.

3) at the outset:at the beginning  在开始的时候

At the outset of the project, we had many uncertainties.

4) seamless:without seams or breaks; smooth and continuous 无缝的;无瑕疵的
