1)inspire:to fill someone with the urge or ability to do or feel something  激励;鼓舞;赋予灵感

Her speech inspired the audience. 她的演讲激励了观众。

2)delegation:the act of giving someone else the authority to do something 授权;委派;代表团

The manager made a delegation of tasks to his subordinates. 经理把任务委派给了下属。

3)berate:to scold or criticize harshly 严厉斥责;痛骂

4)empower:to give someone the power or authority to do something 授权;使有能力。
