1）enlist：join or cause to join a military or other organization. Also, obtain help or support. 征募；使入伍；争取，谋取（帮助、支持等）。

He enlisted in the army at a young age. / She enlisted the help of her friends to move the furniture.  他年轻时就入伍了。/ 她争取朋友们的帮助来搬家具。

2)deliver：take (goods, letters, etc.) to a particular place or person. Also, give a speech or lecture. And, fulfill or carry out (a promise, threat, etc.)  递送；交付；发表（演讲等）；履行；实现

The postman delivered the letter to my door. / He delivered a powerful speech at the conference. / She delivered on her promise to finish the project on time. 邮递员把信送到我家门口。/ 他在会议上发表了一场有力的演讲。/ 她履行了按时完成项目的承诺。

3)awareness：knowledge or understanding of a particular situation or subject. 意识；认识；知道

There is growing awareness of environmental issues.  人们对环境问题的认识不断提高。

4)tactics：the art of arranging and maneuvering forces in combat. Also, a method or plan for achieving a particular goal. 战术；策略。

The general devised new tactics to win the battle. / We need to use different marketing tactics to attract customers.

5)highlight：make prominent or draw attention to  突出；强调；使显著

1) blueprint：a detailed plan or design 蓝图；规划
