This course studies the human factors that a global leader must consider to succeed in a global context. These factors involve leadership techniques for motivation, performance management, evaluation of organizational culture and change, leadership, negotiations and the influence of the cultural context in developing successful leadership. At the end of this course, you should be able to gain a perspective on basic aspects of leadership behaviors to succeed internationally, both at the individual level (individual values and differences, perception, motivation, and self management), and at the social-organizational level (group dynamics, rewards, leadership, and organizational culture and change).
