Project 2 (Unit 2 Installing Hardware)

Project Guidelines:

This project aims to go through the process of making a market research. The whole task is divided into two steps. Step One focuses on market research by designing a questionnaire. Step Two focuses on the research analysis.

这个项目旨在帮助你了解市场调研的过程任务总体分为个步骤。第一步重点在设计调查问卷。第二步侧重点在市场调研分析

 

Activities(活动内容)

Step One

• Design a questionnaire with 10-20 questions about what customers need of an IT company (e.g. products, services, etc.);

• Print copies of the questionnaire and then send out to get feedback from customers.


Step Two

• Collect the questionnaire;

• Make analysis about the customers needs.


第一步

• 设计一份10-20题关于IT公司客户需求的调查问卷(例如:产品,服务等);

• 打印问卷并发给客户填写。


第二步

• 收集填好的问卷;

• 分析客户需求
