Project 3 （Unit 3 Installing Software）

Project Guidelines

This project aims to go through the process of maintenance and consultation. The whole task is divided into three steps. Step One lists the main problems of personal computers. Step Two focuses on providing solutions. Step Three gives advice on preventing such problems.

这个项目的目的是维护和咨询的过程。整个任务分为三个步骤。第一步列出了个人电脑的主要问

题。第二步着重于提供解决方案。第三步给出了预防此类问题的建议。

 

Activities（活动内容）

Step One

• Suppose you’re from the technical department of one computer company in group;

• List the problems frequently happening to your computers .

Step Two

• Analyze the list and figure out what are the top three problems; Do research on the

three problems one by one to find out the reasons for each problem;

• Discuss and find out the best way to solve each problem.

 

Step Three

• Note down the problems and their corresponding solutions and design a handout;

• Share your handout with other groups and make a comparison.

 

Activities（活动内容）

第一步

•以小组为单位，假定自己来自于某个电脑公司的技术部门；

•列出经常发生在你电脑上的问题。

第二步

•分析列表，找出最重要的三个问题；对这三个问题逐一进行研究，找出每个问题的原因；

•讨论并找出解决每个问题的最佳方法。

 

第三步

•记下问题及其对应的解决方案，并设计一份讲义;

•与其他小组分享你的讲义并进行比较。

 

（本项目展示重点：情景对话表演。对象为多位电脑公司技术部门的员工。）
