Project 5（Unit 5 Product Test）

Project Guidelines

This project aims to go through the process of web testing. The whole task is divided into three steps. Step One is advertising your web testing service. Step Two focuses on client reception and customer needs. Step Three rests on the process of meeting the clients and conducting the tests. 

这个项目的目的是通过web测试的过程。整个任务分为三个步骤。第一步是宣传您的web测试服

务。第二步关注客户接待和客户需求。第三步是与客户见面并进行测试的过程。

 

Activities（活动内容）

Step One

• Design an advertisement of the web testing services you can provide;

• Make a presentation to introduce your web testing skills.

 

Step Two

• Further divide your group into two subgroups: one plays the role of clients while the other plays the role of web testers;

• Take turns to play the roles over the telephone: the clients enquire about the web testing service after reading the advertisement and state the needs; the testers are responsible for answering the questions and dealing with the needs from the clients;

• Summarize different clients’ needs and draft a report.

 

Step Three

• Make sure about the time and place to meet your clients;

• Work out solutions to the clients’ web problems so as to meet the needs;

• Conduct the web testing and write a testing report.

 

第一步

•设计一个您可以提供的web测试服务的广告;

•做一个演示来介绍你的网络测试技能。

第二步

•进一步将您的组分为两个子组：一个扮演客户角色，另一个扮演web测试人员角色；

•轮流在电话中扮演角色：客户看完广告后询问网站测试服务，陈述需求；测试人员负责回答问题和处理客户的需求；

•总结不同客户的需求并起草报告。

第三步

•确定会见客户的时间和地点;

•制定客户网络问题的解决方案，以满足客户的需求;

•进行web测试并编写测试报告。

 

（本项目展示重点：一是设计一个您可以提供的web测试服务的广告并用PPT演示介绍你的网络测试技能；二是情景对话表演：对象为web测试人员与不同的客户。）
