Project 6 (Unit 6 Troubleshooting)
Project Guidelines
This project aims to go through the areas concerning computer troubleshooting. The task is divided into three steps. Step One is about getting familiar with areas related to computer troubleshooting. In Step Two, you need to know about what a serviceman should do when facing a customer who comes for help. In Step Three, you are supposed to give a presentation and make a summary.

Activities(活动内容)
Step One
• Search for one or more computer companies that provide excellent troubleshooting service, by going online or interviewing customers.
Step Two
• Further divide your group into two small subgroups: one plays a customer and the other, an employee in Technical Support Department;
• Role-play a conversation: the customer meets a problem with his computer and the employee helps to solve the problem.
Step Three
• Rehearse within your group and remember to get everyone involved in your group;
• Modify your conversation;
• Present it to all your classmates in class;
• Get feedback from your classmates and the teacher, and summarize your project by writing a report.
