Your company has been hired to produce an Annual report (年鉴/年度报告）for Jinhua Polytechnic Waikato International College. 

You will need to develop a concept for your publication and outline this in the form of a visual proposal, with visual references. You will need to undertake additional research in order to develop a strong creative concept which includes research into other reports and publications. This proposal should illustrate the way in which the concept will be formally implemented and the relationship between the publication and its audience.

You need to document your entire working process including your research, creative direction, sketches, digital concepts, testing, refinements and critiques with in-depth critical reflection and justification for all your design decisions in your workbook (This will form the last part of your grade for your Design Process Assessment).

For this task, you will require to form into a group of 5, you will need to operate as a small design company to tackle this task. As a result, your group (Company) should consider:

• Proper project management

• Task distribution

• Teamwork

• Personal contribution

Technical Requirements:

• Must use all content provided

• You must include at least two tables of data, three data visualisations including at least one graph and one infographic

• All photography (CMYK and 300dpi) must be copyright free

• The working process documented in the agreed format

Submission:

• Workbook documenting all your working processes, reflection, research and analysis. Ensure that it is named correctly, added to the correct team and shared with your tutor(s).

• Packaged InDesign Files including print-ready PDFs compressed and uploaded to Moodle.

• Final bound, folded and trimmed publication (Annual report)

• Presentation of final outcomes.
