项目2  绘制滑轮组零件图和装配图


在教师带领下，识读图2.1滑轮组装配草图（不完整的装配图），明确滑轮组的工作原理，装配关系，各处的配合关系（松紧）。画出各个非标准件的零件图（表达结构形状、尺寸、必要的技术要求（如尺寸公差、表面粗糙度，这里涉及到配合与精度等级、材料，需利用手册进行查表）），并拼画出滑轮组装配图。

【任务描述】

根据滑轮组装配草图，看懂其装配关系和工作原理，并拆画能够滑动的滑轮零件图。图2.1所示为滑轮组装配草图，图2.2所示为滑轮零件及装配关系。要求：在老师带领下查找零件图的内容，按照国家标准规定的线型画法及尺寸标注规则，用A4图幅，按1：1的比例绘制该零件图。
