Assignment:

Use one quotation from Freedman to support your response to some aspect of Pollan’s argument. Your response should be around 75-100 words, but you may go up to 200 words if it is necessary. You must use one of the three response formats discussed in the videos and the reading for this week and you must use at least one direct quote from Freedman’s essay in your response. You should use the quotation sandwich method in your response, and you should use voice markers.
