Use Khazan’s essay to respond to David Freedman’s essay in defense of the processed food industry. You must use one direct quotation from Khazan’s essay and you must use voice markers throughout your response paper when you represent the views of Freedman as well as those of Khazan. Your essay should be between 150 and 300 words. You should use the quotation sandwich method when quoting. 

This assignment is due no later than the beginning of class on Saturday, November 26. (10%) Students who submit complete drafts of their essay at least three days before the due date may receive extra, direct feedback from the Professor.
