研究领域

科研方面，主要从事微藻生物技术和非水酶学的研究工作，与丹麦奥胡斯大学 (University of Aarhus) Xuebing Xu教授研究小组建立良好的合作关系。先后主持教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金1项、福建省科技厅重点项目1项、福建省发展和改革委员会课题1项、福建省自然科学基金重点课题1项、省自然科学基金课题1项、省社会科学规划基金项目1项、省科技厅课题和省教育厅科技课题多项。在《Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry》、《Colloids & Surfaces B: Biointerfaces》、《Journal of Applied Phycology》、《World Journal of Microbiology & Biotechnology》、《光子学报》、《应用与环境生物学报》等刊物发表论文第一署名或通讯作者论文40多篇，其中SCI收录7篇、EI收录8篇、ISTP收录1篇。担任国际刊物《Journal of Biophysical Chemistry 》编委，多份国际刊物审稿人。

荣誉与奖励

先后荣获福建省自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖、三等奖以及校科研先进个人。授权第一完成人发明专利2项和实用新型专利1项，申请发明专利2项。4项科研成果通过鉴定或验收。国际刊物《Journal of Chemical Technology and Biotechnology》、《Engineering in Life Sciences》、《Applied Acoustics》、《World Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology》审稿人。教学方面，主要从事生物工程的教学，承担本科生《生物工程设备》、《生物工艺学》和硕士生《生物催化工程》、《发酵技术》和《微藻生物技术进展专题》教学任务。 《生物工程设备》福建师大精品课程负责人，主持校教学改革与创新基金项目1项，在核心刊物发表第一署名教改论文2篇。主编《微生物工程》教材(科学出版社)，参编教材2本。
