高级工程师，现任广西投资集团北海发电有限公司副总经理，中国电力设备管理协会中国电力工业设备管理节能环保高级专家，长期从事火力发电企业技术管理及工程管理工作。曾荣获“全国五一劳动奖章、广西五一劳动奖章、钦州市五一劳动奖章、钦州市第八批青年科技人才、钦州市第九批拔尖人才”，拥有3项发明型专利、20余项实用新型专利，编撰有中文著作2部、科技论文数10篇、技术成果4项。
