工学硕士，在读博士，一直从事火电厂集控运行专业及相关专业教学与科研。《单元机组运行》、《发电厂电气设备及运行》课程主讲老师。主持并完成自治区级教改课题1项，参与区级以上教改科研课题4项，主持开发的《发电厂电气设备及运行》网络课程获得广西教育厅教育教学软件应用大赛一等奖及最佳技术实现奖，获得自治区级微课比赛一等奖，自治区级教学能力比赛二等奖。
