工程硕士，在读博士，副教授，双师型教师，教育部首批国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队成员，有着多年企业工作经验。 近5年主要承担《单元机组运行》、《热力发电厂》等多门课程教学任务，主编或参编公开出版教材3部。作为指导教师，指导的学生在全国高职院校学生大型火电机组集控运行技术技能竞赛中多次获奖，并荣获“优秀指导教师”。
