博士、教授/工程师，高级双师。有着多年电力企业工作经验，期间曾获得河南省三八红旗手、河南电网优秀发电厂值长等称号；现为广西教学名师、广西三八红旗手。

擅长能源电力安全低碳研究，同时能将专业性与职业性紧密结合，开展职业教育教学改革。是国家首批教师教学创新团队及国家级虚拟仿真示范基地负责人。

主持区级及以上课题5项；获区级教学成果奖一等奖2项、二等奖1项；全国电力教学成果奖一等奖1项；发表论文15篇，其中EI及核心9篇；公开出版主编教材1部；获区级教学能力大赛一等奖2次，指导学生竞赛获区级一等奖1次。

Sheworked for many years in the power industry and was awarded the titles of"March 8th Red Flag Bearer of Henan Province" and "ExcellentPower Plant Shift Supervisor of Henan Power Grid" during that time.Currently, she is a renowned teacher and "March 8th Red BannerHolder" in Guangxi.

She specializes in research on energy, power,safety, and low-carbon technology. She is adept at closely integratingprofessional and vocational education and teaching reform. She is the leader ofthe first batch of national teacher teaching innovation teams and the person incharge of the national virtual simulation demonstration base.

She has presided over five projects at theautonomous region level or above, and has won two first prizes and one secondprize of the autonomous region-level teaching achievement award, one firstprize of the national electric power teaching achievement award. She haspublished 15 papers, including nine EI and core papers, and edited onetextbook. She has won two first prizes in the district-level teachingcompetition and guided students to win one first prize in the district-levelcompetition.
