牛娜，女，1987年生，副教授。2013年毕业于哈尔滨工程大学材化学院，获得工学学博士学位。主持国家自然科学基金、黑龙江省科学基金、中国博士后基金等项目6项。主持校教改项目一项。以第一作者发表SCI学术论文9篇。出版《分析化学实验》教材一部。
