Dialogue 1


A woman with a baby

A: Excuse me, madam. I’m afraidyou can’t fasten your seatbelt with your baby.

P: Could you tell me what to do? You know,this is the first time I’ve flied with my baby.

A: I’m glad to help you. You’d betterfasten your seatbelt first and then hold your baby. It’ll be safe and your babywill feel more comfortable.

P: Thank you for letting meknow.

A: You’re welcome.

P: By the way, could you pleasehelp me make a bottle of milk for my baby?

A: Yes, of course. How muchwater do you need?

P: 200ml will be fine.
