Dialogue1

P: Excuse me. Wheres the check-in counter of China SouthernAirlines?

A: It is at Island C. Theres a flight information screen around thecorner. You may   

lookup the corresponding information foryour flight.

P: Oh, I have three hours before the flight departs. Where can Ikill the time?

A:Well, you can go to the waiting loungeand have a rest. There’s a waterfountain over there.

P: Thats a little bit boring. Is there a cinema here?

A:Im afraid not. But we have free Wi-Fi, and we also have free mobilephone chargers on that pillar.

P: Sounds good. Wheres the food court?

A:The food court is on the right of the bookstore on the first floor. Go upstairsand you will find it.

P: OK. Thank you for your nice advice.

A:Youre welcome. Please return at least one hour before the departuretime for check-in. Have a nice day.

 

Dialogue2

A: Good morning. Can I help you?

P:Can you tell me where I can checkin and what procedures I should go through? Itsmy first time to travel by air.

A: Which flight will you take?

P: Flight CZ 385 to Tokyo.

A: Its an international flight. Have you got your ticket and traveldocuments?

P: Er, which travel documents should I need?

A: Have you bought your passport, visa and health card?

P: Yes. Here they are.

A:OK. All your travel documents are ready. First, you should go into thedeparture area to have your baggage checked and get your boarding pass. If you don’t have any luggage, you can go to the self-check-inkiosk, too. Then you shouldgo through all the formalities of Inspectionand Quarantine, Customs, Security Check, Immigration Inspection before you board the flight.

P: Thanks. You are really helpful.

A: Youre welcome. Have a pleasant journey.
