C: ImSorry, sir. We dont have any direct flights to New York. But we can arrange a connection.You can take a connecting flight to New York by way of Chicago.

P: You mean I have to fly to Chicagofirst and then transfer to another flight?

C: Yes, you are right.

P: Do I have enough time to change flights at Chicago?

C: According to theflight schedule, you have two hours and a half for transfer and you are sure tomake it.

P: Do I have to claim mybaggage in Chicagoand have it checked again?
