Speaking Tasks

Task 1 Translate the following sentences into Chinese.

1. Air travel is not recommended for healthy new born and notpremature babies    within 7 daysafter birth.

2. If a passenger is traveling with two infants, one of the infantpassengers (who must reach 18 months) will have to travel on a child ticket as infant occupying seat.

3. A baby service is offered at your request. A bassinet, milk, babyfood, disposable  diapers and other babynecessities will be available during the flight.

4. Unaccompanied minors are allowed to travel on only nonstop orsame-plane service (makes one or two stops but does not require a change ofplanes or flight number).

5. If desired, the passengers who are above twelve years old andunder eighteen years old can also get the unaccompanied children service.

 

Task 2 Please reorder the dialogue between the agent and thepassenger about changing the reservation due to bad weather.

1. Yes. Mr. Lee speaking.

2. Yes, we are thinking of an alternate flight. I can make areservation for you on  FlightCA 391, leaving Guangzhouat 9:30 tomorrow morning.

3. Oh,thats awful. Cant you put me on another flight?

4. OK, Ive got it. Thanks.
