1. Preview:  Read the Results part of Unit 1 and Unit6. Pay attention to the tense and sentence patterns in presenting results and think about your ways of interpreting graphs, diagrams and charts.

2. Preview:  Reread the Results part of Unit 1 and Unit6 with the PDF documents. Pay attention to the figures, tenses and sentence patterns.

3. Written task / Task for group presentation:  see Guidelines 

Read and analyze ONE of six Methods parts of your SAs (selected articles) carefully. Analyze according to the 3 steps below. (Remember to label the paragraphs and sentences with numbers.) (5 points)

    1) figure out the moves included in it,

    2) analyze the tense and voice in it with some examples, 

    3) find out typical sentence patterns.
