课程介绍
《城市轨道交通客运服务英语》是轨道交通运营管理专业的一门专业基础课，前序课程是《大学英语》、《职场英语》等课程。本课程内容基于专业特点，在全面兼顾读、听、写、说、译的前提下，重点放在专业英语阅读能力及职场口语应用能力的提升。该课程以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面贯彻党的教育方针，落实立德树人根本任务，结合专业群特色，融入行业职业道德素养培养，通过中外轨道发展对比，使学生我国在现代交通体系建设等方面的辉煌成就有更好地了解，从而树立学生应有的制度自信、文化自信，建立正确的价值观体系，培养民族自豪感;同时坚持以生为本，工学结合，集专业知识技能传授、职场英语应用能力培养、跨文化交际培养为一体，结合专业词汇和术语，整合日常英语和职场英语常用表达方式，通过职场情境和任务的设计，切实提升学生职场英语应用能力及外语服务水平，使我国轨道交通客运服务水平更好地与国际接轨。 整个课程着力实现价值塑造——知识传授——能力培养三位一体的育人目标，内容设计具有综合性、实践性、应用性的特点。
