1.中文简介 《水产品营销学》是农林经济管理专业的专业核心课,市场营销专业的专业特色课程。水产品营销学是以经济学、管理学原理、市场营销学等课程为基础,专门研究营销者如何提供有价值的水产品与服务,并通过交换满足顾客需求与欲望的社会过程和管理过程。主要研究内容有水产品营销的核心概念、水产品市场与营销环境、水产品需求与供给分析、水产品消费者分析,水产品市场细分以及水产品营销策略等。本课程能够让学生系统、全面掌握水产品市场营销的基本原理与水产品营销策略,提高学生理论水平与学术能力。 2.英文简介 《Aquatic Products Marketing》is a compulsory course for agricultural and forestry economic management major and the specialty course for marketing major. Based on economics, principles of management, marketing and other courses, aquatic products marketing studies how marketers provide valuable aquatic products and services, and through the exchange to meet customer needs and desires of the social process and management process. The main research content includes the core concept of aquatic product marketing, aquatic product market and marketing environment, aquatic product demand and supply analysis, aquatic product consumer analysis, aquatic product market segmentation and aquatic product marketing strategy. This course enables students to systematically and comprehensively grasp the basic principles and marketing strategies of aquatic products,and improve the theoretical level and academic ability of students.
